A lifeline could be offered to President Faustin-Archange Touadera of the Central African Republic, as international donors will be meeting today in Brussels to discuss the future of the country, ravaged by inter-religious conflict since the ouster of President Francois Bozize in 2013. Among his priorities include include, disarmament, restructuring the armed forces, national reconciliation, the launch of a special war crimes court and providing basic social needs.
